Regional Key Account Manager

Academic Background: University Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Lar, Engineering or Similar. Master Degree in Sales, Commercial or Marketing.

High Level of English (at least C1)

Other language is a plus

• Lead the development and execution of tailored commercial plans for all Key Accounts in the Southern region, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to the Group Commercial Policy.

• Cultivate and strengthen long-term, stable relationships with key retail partners and buyers, positioning the company as a strategic Private Label supplier.

• Drive volume and revenue growth by actively identifying and securing opportunities to expand the product portfolio (SKU listings) within existing and new customer accounts.

• Conduct deep market analysis and track sales performance (budget vs. actual) to provide strategic insights and ensure attainment of annual sales targets.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in FMCG

• At least 1 years as KAM

• Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting

• Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.

• Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistic

• Proven ability to analyze market assortment
