What we're looking for

It is essential that the candidate has a great capacity for adaptation and commitment, given the work environment and the required schedule flexibility.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a warehouse worker and/or forklift operator.

-Full availability to work rotating shifts.

-MANDATORY: Own vehicle

-Ability to work in extreme cold environments.

-Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team.

-Must reside in the area or surrounding areas.

-Having a valid forklift license will be positively valued.

The role

We are looking for a warehouse worker / forklift operator with proven experience to join our team at the Polígono La Isla.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for carrying out the typical tasks of a frozen goods warehouse, operating forklifts and other handling equipment.

Receiving, preparing, and dispatching orders in a frozen warehouse (temperatures down to -24ºC).
Operating counterbalance forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and reach truck.
Stock control and recording movements in the system.
Loading and unloading of goods.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
Commitment to meeting activity deadlines.

How you'll work

Work Shifts: 3 ROTATING shifts are worked from Monday to Friday:
Morning shift: 07:00 to 15:00.
Afternoon shift: 11:00 to 19:00.
Night shift: 15:00 to 23:00
Salary: Competitive salary of €10.88/hour.

A €1.40/hour increase will be applied for night work.

Contract: Initial three-month contract, extendable until permanent employment.
