Cleaning Supervisor for Apartments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in tourist apartments or hotels.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures for tourist apartments.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two days off, on a 20-hour weekly schedule.

Grupo Constant, through its human resources company Personal 7 ETT, is looking to hire a Supervisor for our hostels located in the heart of Seville. We are a company committed to service quality and the satisfaction of our guests, and for this reason, we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for excellence in the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the sector, preferably in roles such as housekeeper or similar positions within the hospitality industry. The selected person will join a dynamic and proactive team, where they will work closely with the management team to ensure that our tourist apartments maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure that all areas of the hostel are clean and in order.
• Carry out regular cleaning inspections in the hostel and common areas, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the reception department to coordinate cleaning tasks related to guest arrivals and departures.
• Train and guide new staff on cleaning practices and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team to promote professional development and job satisfaction.
• Handle any special requests from guests regarding cleaning and maintenance of the hostel.
