Grupoconstant, a leading company in the recruitment sector, is looking to add a First-class Automotive Tradesperson to its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in a workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality mechanical services.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics and be able to carry out quick repairs, as well as more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belts with ease. We highly value agility and the ability to work under pressure, as our facilities are often busy and we need to ensure work is completed efficiently and with attention to detail.

What you'll do

Perform quick mechanical services, including oil changes, wheel replacements, and filter replacements.
Carry out repairs and replacements of clutches and timing belts, ensuring company quality standards are met.
Diagnose mechanical issues and propose effective solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to meet workshop and customer goals.
Meet established deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction with every service provided.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
Knowledge of quick mechanical repairs and experience with clutches and timing belts.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and workshop maintenance.
