The role

Personal 7 is part of the Grupo Constant, a business group with over 35 years of experience in the sector. We work with established companies and offer well-organized jobs with clear conditions from the start.

We are not looking for just anyone who works in a foundry, but for a person committed to the processes, oriented towards stability, and who integrates into a structured and organized environment.

Currently, we are looking to hire a CNC Metal Operator (finishing) for one of our clients in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Reviewing and finishing metal parts
  • Grinding, polishing, and deburring
  • Visual quality control
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Preparing parts for shipping
  • Tool placement

How you'll work

  • Fixed-term contract of 3 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Possibility of permanent hiring
  • Salary: €11.76 gross per hour

Requirements

  • Experience in metal finishing
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Immediate start
  • Experience in an industrial environment is valued
