Pay & benefits

What you'll get

You are paid per hour worked, with the following rates:

-Normal hour: €9.21 gross

-Overtime (anything worked over 8h Mon-Fri): €11.05 gross

-Saturday Hour: €2 gross bonus, making it €11.21 gross

-Sunday and Holiday hour: €4 gross bonus, making it €13.21 gross

Keep in mind that breaks do not count as working hours.

Payment is made monthly between the 10th and the 12th for the previous month.

The role

Important pharmaceutical company located in Massanassa is looking for an order picker:

What you'll do

-Order picking with PDA (radio frequency terminal).

-Receiving goods.

-Organizing and classifying products in the warehouse.

-Movement of goods with a forklift very sporadically.

-Forklift license is valued.

How you'll work

-Temporary contract via staffing agency for 1 month with the possibility of renewal and continuity.

SCHEDULE: rotating shifts in morning and afternoon.

In the MORNING SHIFT you may work: Monday to Friday, and Saturday or Sunday from 10:00h to 18:00h, 10:30h to 18:30h and/or 10:00h to 16:30h

In the AFTERNOON SHIFT you may work: Monday to Friday, and Saturday or Sunday from 15:00h to 23:00h and/or 16:30 to 23:00h

Work always begins on a central shift 9-17h until you are adapted to the position. Then, they change to the rotating shifts explained. Schedules are organized by teams and rosters month by month, so the 37.5 weekly hours are distributed among the days worked. If they are exceeded, they will be compensatory.

In the event that the company has a need due to Operations, you may be asked to work holidays, with the corresponding pay. This will be notified via the roster.
