We are looking for a person to join the team of the Fundación Juan Perán - Pikolinos as a part-time temporary Administrator, and to carry out administrative tasks and support the social projects we collaborate with.
What you'll do
These will be the functions that will fill your agenda:
📄 Manage, review, and archive the Foundation's administrative documentation (contracts, agreements, reports, etc.).
⚙️ Execute and support all administrative tasks to ensure the correct functioning of the Foundation.
🤝 Collaborate in the preparation and management of documentation linked to grants and aid.
⏱️ Monitor compliance with administrative deadlines and requirements for the projects.
📅 Coordinate the logistics of meetings, workshops, and Foundation events.
✅ Ensure that all documentation complies with current regulations.
🏛️ Process management and procedures before official bodies.
