Your mission will be to support teams in identifying improvement opportunities, adopting Artificial Intelligence tools, implementing objective-based management methodologies (OKRs), and developing initiatives that allow for more efficient, collaborative, and results-oriented work.

We are not looking for a profile focused on production or industrial improvement, but rather a person capable of acting as a change agent, connecting strategy, people, technology, and business.

🚀 What will your day-to-day look like?

• Identify transformation and improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working within business areas.

• Design and drive organizational change initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

• Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of methodologies such as OKRs, visual management, collaborative work, and continuous improvement.

• Detect Artificial Intelligence use cases that add value to the business and support teams in their adoption.

• Lead workshops, dynamics, and working sessions to foster new ways of collaboration and productivity.

• Support managers and teams through change processes, helping to overcome barriers and accelerating the adoption of new practices.

• Define impact indicators and monitor the results obtained.

• Identify trends, methodologies, and innovative tools that can generate competitive advantages for the organization.

• Act as an internal reference for transformation, innovation, and productivity improvement.
