Recruitment Technician (Temporary)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel selection, especially in mass recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and results orientation.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.

• Experience in Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT) or similar dynamic environments is highly valued.
• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
• Experience in selecting operational and high-turnover profiles.
• Knowledge of ATS tools.

• Salary 26-28 k gross/year.
• Good work atmosphere and collaborative team.
• Substitution contract.
• Full-time and 100% on-site, in our well-located offices in Madrid in the Ciudad Lineal area.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for managing selection processes for Sales Assistants from start to finish, especially focused on high-volume profiles, guaranteeing an excellent experience for candidates and internal clients.

• Integral management of selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interviews, and follow-up).
• Mass recruitment of operational and/or technical profiles.
• Coordination with area managers to define needs.
• Management of databases and recruitment tools.
• Monitoring of selection KPIs.
• Participation in projects for the improvement and optimization of selection processes.
