What will your responsibilities be?

The People & Culture In-Store Business Partner plays a key role in the people management strategy of our stores, working with the Store Managers to implement the People & Culture strategy. Your role will be strategic and advisory, ensuring that global initiatives are translated into concrete actions that drive team performance and company culture. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making on talent, leadership and the experience of our colleagues.

You will lead the planning and execution of the talent attraction and selection strategy, ensuring the store has the best profiles. You will also ensure the implementation of training and development programmes, promoting team growth and commitment. You will drive the organisational culture and an inclusive environment aligned with Primark's values.

Your focus will be on analysing key HR indicators in the store, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will report to the P&C Area Business Partner and, together, you will design action plans to drive continuous improvement and optimise people management strategies. As a growing company, our needs are spread throughout the country, and we want our teams to know a variety of business units to enhance their professional progression. Therefore, an indispensable requirement will be that you provide geographical availability.

If you are passionate about working with people, driving talent and making a difference in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, this is your opportunity.

A fluent level of English will be important, and we will also value any other languages you know, including sign language. Don't forget to mention them, as they will help us provide an excellent service.
