That is why we are not looking for a traditional salesperson to fill a gap. We are building our Sales Talent Network at a national level. We are looking for consultative sales professionals who want to lead growth in their area, opening doors and transforming the sector alongside the best.

Your impact: What will your mission be in our Network?

Your day-to-day will be full of action, strategyand trust-based relationships:

• Sales Driver: You will be the reference in your assigned area, detecting latent opportunitiesand winning over new clients (installers, electriciansand SMEs.

• Technology Consultant: You don't sell cables, you sell efficiency. You will adviseand provide personalized training so that your clients understand the potential of our automation solutions.

• Smart Networking: You will manage, retainand grow your own client portfolio with full autonomy.

• Be where the action is: You will visit an average of 5 clients per day to understand their business from the insideand close impactful deals.

We want you to focus on what you do best. As for the rest, we take care of it:

• Stability from day one: Permanent contract from the first day to build a solid project together.

• Attractive compensation package: Fixed monthly salary of €1425 gross per month + and up to €944 variable per month.

• Sales & Technical Spirit: You bring previous experience in sales (if it is in the electrical sector, componentsor technical environments, you have an advantage, but what matters most to us is your attitude).

• Autonomy and Organization: You enjoy managing your own scheduleand optimizing your daily routes as if it were your own business.

• Digital Agility: You handle office toolsand CRM systems well to measure your success.

Tu impacto: ¿Cuál será tu misión en nuestra Red?

Tu día a día estará lleno de acción, estrategia y relaciones de confianza:

• Impulsor/a de Ventas: Serás el referente en tu zona asignada, detectando oportunidades latentes y conquistando a nuevos clientes (instaladores, electricistas y PYMEs).

• Consultor/a Tecnológico: No vendes cables, vendes eficiencia. Asesorarás y darás formaciones personalizadas para que tus clientes conozcan el potencial de nuestras soluciones de automatización.

• Smart Networking: Gestionarás, fidelizarás y harás crecer tu propia cartera de clientes con total autonomía.

• Estar donde está la acción: Visitarás una media de 5 clientes diarios para entender su negocio desde dentro y cerrar acuerdos de impacto.

• Estabilidad desde el minuto uno: Contrato indefinido desde el primer día para construir un proyecto sólido juntos.

• Atractivo paquete retributivo: Salario fijo mensual de 1425€ brutos Mes + y hasta 944€ variable mes.

• Herramientas de primer nivel: Vehículo de empresa, tarjeta Solred para tus rutas, teléfono móvil y PC corporativo.

• Autonomía y Organización: Disfrutas gestionando tu propia agenda y optimizando tus rutas diarios como si fuera tu propio negocio.

• Agilidad Digital: Te manejas bien con herramientas de ofimática y sistemas CRM para medir tu éxito.
