The role

Training & Sell Out Consultant (Dermoconsejería) | Pharmacy ChannelAre you passionate about skincare and do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others?

At Primer Impacto we are looking for someone who wants to become a benchmark for our brands in pharmacies, combining training, consulting and in-store activation.

If you are also motivated by training teams, building trusting relationships and turning every visit into an opportunity to boost sales and the consumer experience, this opportunity may be for you.

You will be responsible for boosting the recommendation and visibility of leading brands within the pharmacy channel, helping pharmacy teams offer the best advice to their customers through training, activation and excellence at the point of sale.

What you'll do

✨ You will visit pharmacies in your area to generate impact and develop the potential of the brands.

✨ You will deliver training on products, routines, new launches and recommendation techniques.

✨ You will analyze each pharmacy to identify growth opportunities and adapt your actions to their needs.

✨ You will ensure the proper implementation of promotional materials, product visibility and brand positioning.

✨ You will negotiate additional spaces and actions that help boost sell out.

✨ You will become a point of reference for pharmacy teams, building long-term trusting relationships.

✨ You will report on your activity and share relevant information about the market, the competition and the opportunities identified.
