Teleoperator | Sales | Stability - (M/F/X)

At Grupo ySondos we are looking for Commercial Teleoperators to join an important client located on the outskirts of Santander.

• Placing calls to clients and potential clients.

• Presenting and selling products and services.

• Identifying needs and advising clients.

• Following up on sales opportunities and achieving targets.

• Recording and managing commercial activity.

• Base salary + commissions based on results.

• Fixed schedule from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Initial training from August 24 to 27, of a selective nature.

• Initial hire through a staffing agency, with real possibility of being hired directly by the company.

• A project with a focus on stability and continuity.

• Previous experience in sales positions, especially in phone sales.

• Communication, negotiation and results-oriented skills.

• Ability to work towards targets.

• Professional attitude, initiative and motivation for the sales field.

• Availability to complete the initial training from August 24 to 27.

Desde Grupo ySondos buscamos Teleoperadores/as Comerciales para incorporarse a un importante cliente ubicado en las afueras de Santander.

• Emisión de llamadas a clientes y potenciales clientes.

• Presentación y comercialización de productos y servicios.

• Detección de necesidades y asesoramiento al cliente.

• Seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales y consecución de objetivos.

• Registro y gestión de la actividad comercial.

• Salario base + comisiones según resultados.

• Horario fijo de 9:30 a 15:00.

• Formación inicial del 24 al 27 de agosto, de carácter selectivo.

• Incorporación inicial a través de ETT, con posibilidad real de incorporación a empresa.

• Proyecto con vocación de estabilidad y continuidad.

• Experiencia previa en puestos comerciales, especialmente en venta telefónica.

• Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación a resultados.

• Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos.

• Actitud profesional, iniciativa y motivación por el ámbito comercial.

• Disponibilidad para realizar la formación inicial del 24 al 27 de agosto.
