At Primer Impacto we are looking for Cosmetics Promoters / Brand Ambassadors with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for personal care to represent a leading beauty brand and create unique experiences at the point of sale.

If you enjoy advising with expertise, communicating new products,and helping each customer discover the ideal product, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

You will be the face of the brand anda key dynamic profile for boosting its visibility, recommendation,and sales, providing clear, approachable information aligned with the specialized retail environment.

🌟 Represent the brand: convey its values, philosophy, benefits,and new products with an approachable and professional attitude.
💬 Inform and advise: resolve questions about the brand's portfolio and suggest options based on needs and preferences.
📈 Drive sales: present collections and launches, explain benefits,and apply effective sales techniques, with a focus on the customer experience.
✨ Create experiences: carry out demonstrations, in-store activations,and promotional actions at the point of sale.
👁️ Take care of visibility: ensure proper product placement, product display,and organization of materials to maximize impact in store.
📊 Analyze and report: record the activity carried out, sales,and opportunities identified.

What are we looking for?

💄 Previous experience in cosmetics and beauty in retail and/or customer service.
✨ Passion for the world of beauty, personal care,and cosmetic trends.
💬 Good communication skills and the ability to connect and influence.
🎯 Commercial mindset and the ability to work toward goals.
⚡ Dynamic attitude, proactivity,and ease in interacting with different types of customers.
👔 Good presenceand the ability to represent a brand professionally.
🌐 Good level of English and Catalan to communicate in storeand with the team.
📍 Availability to work between September 30th and October 27th.
