We are looking for a Commercial Human Resources Consultant for our Santander offices (Calle Atilano Rodríguez nº 5, 2º - Derecha. 39003 Santander, Cantabria).

We work for and for the sake of people, seeking the position that best suits our candidates and responding to the needs of our clients. We are dedicated to recruitment, selection, hiring, and making temporarily hired personnel available to work under the direction and control of our clients. From our Staffing offices, we also carry out direct selection and market online training.

What you'll do

Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across target sectors, maintaining an up-to-date client database. Follow up on potential clients to convert them into clients. Help identify new market segment opportunities for the offering of operational services.
Search for candidates through advertisements, searches, and talent networks in the areas of logistics, skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
Carry out thorough candidate selections, interviews, and assessments to align them with the specific client requirements for operational and temporary workers.
Participates in meetings with clients to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational positions, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
Communicate effectively with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruitment solutions within Operational Talent Solutions. Grade descriptor
