D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant

• Solid experience in CRM implementation projects within consulting; Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE will be especially valued.
• Demonstrable ability to design end-to-end processes and translate them into an implementable CRM solution.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and management, and translating requirements into actionable functional designs.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) and/or integrations with ERP/web.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting (Power BI or other tools) oriented towards KPIs.
• Experience in various areas (Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, etc.) and the ability to adapt to different business models.
• Practical mindset: results orientation, prioritization, risk management, and delivery quality.

Education: Higher degree.

As part of this growth at Prodware Spain, we are looking to hire two Senior Functional Consultants D365 CE, based in Spain who will lead projects functionally from start to finish.

• End-to-end functional leadership: you will lead discovery, workshops, definition of To-Be processes and functional backlog, ensuring traceability and business value.
• Client relationship (ownership): you will be the main functional interlocutor, managing expectations, decisions, risks, and scope changes within your area.
• Solution design: you will convert business needs into clear functional designs (user stories, acceptance criteria, logical data model, processes, test plan).
• Configuration and deployment: you will parameterize Dynamics 365 CE and coordinate with the technical team (.NET developments, integrations, automations) as needed to complete the solution.
• Data and integrations: you will define mappings, quality, business rules, and the approach for loads/integrations (files or other tools).
• Testing and UAT: you will lead functional testing, UAT, go-live support, and stabilization.
• Adoption and training: you will design and lead training sessions and support for key users.
• Internal evangelization: you will share learnings and accelerators (templates, guides, best practices), mentor more junior consultants in execution, and help improve the team's "way of doing things."
