Account Manager

• At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales of management software (ERP or CRM, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is valued).
• Previous experience in the sale of implementation services for management software projects; having performed consulting or project management functions is valued.
• Extensive knowledge of the IT sector (especially management software, ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Knowledge of business processes.

• Experience in sales within industrial companies, distribution, retail, or professional services.
• High capacity for explanation and communication with clients, including AI projects, agents, and change management in the adoption of solutions.

Languages: Professional level English.

As part of our global and Spanish growth, we are looking for an Account Manager located in Madrid to join the Sales team.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions by deeply understanding client requirements in order to offer personalized solutions that add value.
• Work in close collaboration with the pre-sales and services teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to generate new business opportunities.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in technology, artificial intelligence, and agents, and their application in business to offer innovative solutions to clients.
