What we're looking for

In order to be eligible for the Security Guard TIP, it is necessary to meet the following official requirements determined by the current regulations of the Ministry of the Interior for the exercise of Private Security functions and the obtaining of the TIP.

Be of legal age.
Hold Spanish nationality or that of any of the Member States of the European Union or a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Be in possession of the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) degree or higher qualification. In the case of having completed studies outside of Spain, it will be essential that the qualification is duly homologated.
Possess the necessary psychophysical aptitude for the performance of Private Security functions.
Must have no criminal record.
Show real interest and commitment to developing professionally in the Private Security sector, as well as to completing the enablement process and the mandatory commitment to join Prosegur.

What you'll get

🎓 Official enablement process (TIP)

You will access an in-person training process, with full support throughout the entire training and in the management of the necessary procedures to obtain the TIP until your effective incorporation into Prosegur.

🛡️ Mandatory commitment to join Prosegur

Participation in this process implies the express acceptance of a commitment to join as a Security Guard at Prosegur once the TIP is obtained, under the established terms. (Failure to comply with said commitment may entail the foreseen consequences.)

💸 No-cost process

The training will have no cost, provided that the agreed commitment to join is fulfilled.

Access an enablement process to join us on a stable basis as a Security Guard.

We are looking for people interested in joining as Security Guards. If you do not yet have your TIP, you will participate in a prior enablement process, necessary for your incorporation into our services in Madrid
