Customer Retention Specialist

To fit this role, we require that you have:

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service, retention, loyalty, or sales positions, preferably in cold calling or door-to-door environments. 💼
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.

As a Field Retention Specialist, your main objective will be to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our current customers, as well as to identify and execute strategies to retain them. Your duties will include:

• Making in-person visits to customers on public streets to offer them personalized attention and advisory services. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
• Identifying customer needs and proposing solutions tailored to their requirements, especially in the field of alarm systems. 🏠🚨
• Managing and resolving customer issues or complaints effectively and satisfactorily.
