Education & certifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a similar industry
- Clear customer-centric vision & excellent project management skills. Process-focused approach to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, ESP and/or CDP preferably Bloomreach (would be a big advantage)
- Analytical skills. Proven ability in synthesizing and analyzing data, to extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into successful marketing strategies
- Cross-functional collaboration. Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in other functions or remote offices and leverage input from across the organization
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences
- Strong presentation-building, storytelling capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Fluent English is essential (Spanish would be a big advantage)

The role
The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a consumer-obsessed, creative and data-driven CRM Manager Temporary for its Global CRM Team. The role will own the execution of the CRM roadmap for several brands of the Puig portfolio, ensuring continuity across strategic initiatives, campaigns, clienteling, reporting and day-to-day CRM operations. Working across Brand, Market, Technology, Data, Retail, Consumer Service and agency teams, this person will translate agreed priorities into scalable consumer journeys, clear business requirements and measurable CRM activations. The objective is to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and consumer lifetime value through relevant omnichannel experiences.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Leading, from the Global standpoint, the CRM roadmap for the assigned brand portfolio, translating priorities into initiatives, timelines, deliverables and measurable outcomes.
- Acting as the senior CRM point of contact for Brand and Market teams, ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, risks and decisions, and driving stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
- Partnering with Brand and Market teams on clienteling initiatives to plan, launch and optimize omnichannel campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS and WhatsApp channels.
- Coordinating campaign briefs, audiences, segmentation, data requirements, testing, approvals, deployment and post-campaign analysis, protecting service levels and resolving operational blockers.
- Owning the day-to-day CRM contribution to clienteling initiatives, including governance, store campaigns, documentation, Connect.U support, external partner coordination and stakeholder follow-up.
- Tracking and sharing CRM trends, insights and recommendations for meaningful innovations and enhancements on CRM campaigns
- Monitoring consumer and campaign performance, delivering clear reporting, actionable insights and recommendations, while coordinating quarterly CRM visibility reporting and Looker dashboard support when required.
- Driving consistent CRM processes, documentation, training and knowledge sharing, scaling successful journeys and best practices across brands and markets.
