The role
The main mission of the Stock Allocation Specialist is to analyse customer cancelled orders and align with logistics & customer care teams to maximize sales recovery. This role is critical in minimizing business disruption, protecting revenue, and supporting customer satisfaction taking cross-functional decisions that align supply with business's highest priorities.
What you'll do
- Check customer cancelled orders with internal operation teams to execute sales recovery when possible
- Prioritize orders delivery generation following global business guidelines
- Manual deliveries generation when required
- Stock availability review for key products
- Apply stock bookings to preserve shortages for certain markets or Key Customer if needed
