A nursing home located in Vitoria needs to incorporate an administrative assistant at its reception to cover vacation periods and occasional emergencies.

The schedule will be from 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00, Monday to Friday, with availability to work weekends according to the calendar.

The functions to be performed will be:

* Visit management

* Telephone assistance

* Processing complaints/suggestions from patients/families

* Resident follow-up.

Hiring will be through an ETT with the possibility of continuing through other substitutions or internal vacancies.
