Previous experience in Administration departments.

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Administration department, made up of a team of three people, ensuring the proper functioning of administrative processes and collaborating with General Management in management control. The position requires continuous coordination with the rest of the company's departments to ensure proper information management, process efficiency and achievement of objectives.

Coordination and organization of the work of the Administration department.

Supervision of administrative, accounting and invoicing processes.

Preparation and monitoring of monthly closings.

Control and analysis of costs, margins and results.

Identification and implementation of improvements in administrative processes.

Preparation of reports and direct reporting to General Management.

Coordination with the rest of the departments to ensure efficient management.

Active participation in follow-up meetings and decision-making together with Management.
