Payroll and Social Security Technician

Do you have solid experience in comprehensive payroll management and are you looking to join a top-tier multinational environment? At Randstad, we are selecting a Payroll and Personnel Administration Technician for a company located in Tarragona

• Comprehensive Payroll Preparation: Management, calculation, and review of the monthly payroll for the workforce.
• Social Security and Processing: Management of the RED system, SILTRA, registrations, cancellations, data variations, and IT/AT reports in Delta/Contrat@.
• Labor Taxation: Preparation and filing of IRPF models 111 and 190, withholding certificates, and settlements.
• Employee Support: Resolution of employee queries regarding payslips, final settlements, collective agreements, and contracts.
• Administrative Support: Up-to-date maintenance of digital employee files and support to the HR area in internal reporting.

• Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in direct payroll preparation and Social Security management (multinational environment or consultancy highly valued).
• Software: Fluent use of payroll programs (e.g., A3NOM, Meta4, SAP HCM, Sage) and an advanced level of Excel.
• Languages: Intermediate/advanced level of English is valued.
• Personal Profile: Analytical rigor, confidentiality, excellent organization, and attention to detail.

• Salary: €26,000 Gross / Annual (SBA).
• Flexible Schedule: Working day from 8:00 h to 17:00 h (with arrival and departure margins to facilitate your work-life balance).
• Contract Type: Initial contract of 3 to 4 months with real possibility of direct incorporation into the permanent staff after the initial period.
