Clothing Store Sales Assistant

At Temporal Quality, we are looking for a CLOTHING STORE ASSISTANT to join our team in one of our prestigious fashion stores located in the vibrant city of Palma.

• Schedule: Flexible working day, from MONDAY TO SATURDAY, with a weekly commitment of between 24 and 36 hours. The specific schedule will be defined based on availability and the needs of the store.
• Environment: Joining a dynamic and constantly evolving fashion store.
• Languages: Knowledge of Mallorcan and/or English will be positively valued, although it is not an indispensable requirement. Fluid communication with a diverse clientele is important.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Offering exceptional service, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on our products and collections.
• PERSONALIZED ADVICE: Guiding customers through their shopping process, suggesting combinations, styles, and garments that suit their preferences and occasions.
• SALES PROCESS: Efficiently managing the SALES process, from product presentation to closing the transaction.
• CASHIER MANAGEMENT: Handling the cash register with precision, processing cash, card, and other payment methods, ensuring correct daily reconciliation.
• REPLENISHMENT AND ORGANIZATION: Ensuring that products are always visible, well-presented, and available at the point of sale. This includes the constant REPLENISHMENT of garments and the strategic organization of the store to optimize the shopping experience.
• STORE MAINTENANCE: Actively contributing to the maintenance of order, cleanliness, and the overall image of the point of sale, guaranteeing a pleasant and professional environment.
• TEAM COLLABORATION: Working in a coordinated manner with the rest of the team to achieve the common objectives of the store.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions within the retail/fashion sector.
• Commercial orientation and sales skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to provide personalized advice.
• Responsible, organized, and committed person.
• Availability from Monday to Saturday.
• Residency in Palma or surroundings.
• Knowledge of English and/or Mallorcan is highly valued.
