Your Main Responsibilities:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing exceptional service, welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on our products and collections.
• PERSONALIZED ADVISING: Guiding customers through their purchasing process, suggesting combinations, styles, and garments that fit their preferences and occasions.
• SALES PROCESS: Efficiently managing the SALES process, from product presentation to closing the transaction.
• CASH MANAGEMENT: Handling the cash register accurately, processing cash, card, and other payment methods, ensuring correct daily settlement.
• RESTOCKING AND ORGANIZATION: Ensuring that products are always visible, well-presented, and available at the point of sale. This includes constant RESTOCKING of garments and strategic organization of the store to optimize the shopping experience.
• STORE MAINTENANCE: Actively contributing to the maintenance of order, cleanliness, and the general image of the point of sale, guaranteeing a pleasant and professional environment.
• TEAM COLLABORATION: Working in a coordinated manner with the rest of the team to achieve the store's common goals.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Flexible hours, MONDAY TO SATURDAY, with a weekly commitment of between 24 and 36 hours. The specific schedule will be defined based on availability and store needs.
• Environment: Joining a dynamic and constantly evolving fashion store.
• Languages: Knowledge of Mallorcan and/or English will be positively valued, although it is not an essential requirement. Fluid communication with a diverse clientele is important.
