Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

• Training: Vocational Training (CFGM) in Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics or similar, or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electromechanics.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Availability to work 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday.
• Availability for immediate start

• Knowledge or experience in PLC programming.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to analyze and resolve faults autonomously.
• Ability to prioritize repairs and manage production incidents.

At Quality- Montaner, we are selecting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a company in the textile sector.

We are looking for a person with experience in maintenance, who is resourceful and proactive, but above all with a good attitude and the desire to be part of a stable team.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the different production lines.
• Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Manage production line downtime, prioritizing repairs and minimizing downtime.
• Perform machinery inspections to detect potential problems preventively.
• Manufacture and/or modify parts for the repair or improvement of machinery.
• Perform equipment calibration.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate in the creation, updating, and maintenance of maintenance records and manuals.
• Report incidents and work performed during the shift.
• Collaborate in spare parts management.
• Provide support to the maintenance team and collaborate in the training of new hires when necessary.
• Comply with OHS rules and procedures, as well as maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
