Production Operator in Girona

From Temporal, on behalf of Grup Montaner, we are looking to hire Production Operators for an important leading company in the industrial chemical sector, located in the province of Girona. As a fundamental part of our production team, your daily duties will include:

• Machine Feeding: Supplying the necessary raw materials to the machinery to ensure a continuous and efficient production process.
• Quality Supervision and Control: Monitoring the product at every stage of the process, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards and that packaging is carried out flawlessly.
• Component Assembly: Performing the precise placement of caps and other components on containers, demonstrating attention to detail and care in every handling step.
• Line Monitoring: Overseeing the proper functioning of the production line, reporting any incidents, anomalies, or suggestions for improvement to the area supervisor to optimize processes.
• Team Collaboration: Working together with your colleagues to foster a collaborative environment and achieve efficiency and quality goals in all production phases.

• Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of rotating shifts:
• Morning Shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 13:45 to 21:45
