The role

An industrial company in the plastics sector, specializing in the manufacture of packaging through injection processes, is looking to hire an Injection Technician for its production area.

What you'll do

Startup and shutdown of plastic injection machines.
Assembly and adjustment of multi-cavity molds, including hot runner systems.
Regulation of machine and mold parameters to:
- Solve quality issues.
- Guarantee the stability of the production process.
- Optimize work cycles and production times.
Resolution of technical issues during production (main function of the position).
Ability to intervene on a specific cavity without affecting the rest of the mold, ensuring process continuity.
Support in basic maintenance tasks for machinery and molds within the production area.
Collaboration with other shifts and departments to ensure the proper functioning of the lines.
Although the main startups are carried out during the morning shift, the technician must have the ability to perform adjustments and startups when necessary during the afternoon shift.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical training in plastics, injection, mechanics, electromechanics, or similar.
Previous experience as an Injection Technician in an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge in:
- Plastic injection processes.
- Regulation of injection machines.
- Multi-cavity molds and hot runners.
Experience in the packaging sector or with molds of 24, 32 cavities or higher (experience with 48 and 72 cavities is highly valued).
Analytical skills, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset.
