At Aqualia, a company specialized in the management of the complete water cycle, we are looking for a Trainee Service Manager profile, in Girona.
The functions of a Service Manager are the set of tasks and processes focused on the operational management and improvement of the assigned contract, in this case the water supply network of the Service, concentrated in the following areas:
• TECHNICAL AREA: Permanently control all technical parameters of the Service to guarantee continuity in water supply and quality. Optimize operating costs. Guarantee compliance with technical standards and regulations affecting the service. Collaborate in the preparation of projects or master plans.
• PERSONNEL AREA: Organize and direct the team of people under their responsibility. Oversee legal aspects, paying special attention to compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. Monitor absenteeism and increase productivity based on the optimization of personnel costs.
• CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AREA: Organize and supervise the company's commercial cycle. Organize collection management. Maximize user billing while respecting the legal framework. Oversee the correct attention of service users. Supervise the accuracy of the information generated and reported.
• ADMINISTRATION AREA: Control and optimize service and works expenses. Analyze purchasing needs and warehouse management. Guarantee the reliability of accounting information. Prepare operating and investment budgets.
