Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Technician (Meces 1)
Demonstrable professional experience in administrative tasks, or in telephone assistance and making calls, as well as in incident management and problem-solving. Minimum required: 3 years
Demonstrable professional experience in projects related to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector. Minimum required: 3 years

Nice to have

C1 level of English
Experience in projects involving the lifecycle management of aid, subsidies, direct grants, among others, or processes linked to the monitoring of measures and programs, such as strategic plans or sectoral promotion plans or derived lines of action, among others (the nature of the project must have included regulatory and legal advisory).
