Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher education degree/Bachelor's: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other university degrees, provided that adequate knowledge and experience in ICT technologies and projects is duly accredited.
- Professional experience in procedures for monitoring and justifying (verifying, controlling, and auditing) ICT projects in public grant programs. Minimum required: 2 years.
- Professional experience in national and European regulations on grants and public aid, as well as public procurement. Minimum required: 1 year.
- Professional experience in each of the following tools:
- Advanced level office tools
- Reporting tools that allow for the rapid generation of reports from real-time data.
- Experience in at least 2 projects involving the monitoring and justification (verification, control, and technical audit) of aid programs. Minimum required: 2 projects.
The role
What you'll do
- Technical review of files: verification of procedural compliance and achievement of objectives, control of project compliance based on Technical Reports and others, reviews under ICT technological criteria of work already completed, verification of the correct application of budget items to ICT activities, etc.
- Documentary review and analysis.
- Conducting Videoconferences (preferably) or, alternatively, on-site visits for the verification of technical objective compliance.
- Preparation of reports and other actions related to the execution of the assigned work, including the issuance of Requirements for Rectification of detected deficiencies, Audit results, Procedural Guides, etc.
- Support to the SGA in the tasks of certification and reimbursement of audited files.
- Attendance at follow-up meetings for the work performed.
- Proposal of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be implemented for the monitoring and justification of the programs.
- • Testing of forms implemented in the program management platform or in the defined ICT systems to ensure their proper functioning.
