  • Registration as a practicing lawyer.
  • Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in Labor Relations management in dynamic environments, large companies, or law firms in charge of labor relations for large companies.

Vacancy: LABOR RELATIONS TECHNICIAN.

Location: Territorial scope of the People Directorate (Madrid: usual headquarters in a Hospital in the north zone of Madrid with travel to two more Hospitals in the south zone)

What you'll do

Integrated into the Territorial People Management, we are looking for a Lawyer or Graduate in Labor Relations who will be responsible for, among other things, the following areas:

  • Managing relations with the legal and union representation of workers. Attendance at Works Councils and Health and Safety Committees.
  • Collective bargaining and agreements, as well as their interpretation and application.
  • Advisory in labor and social security matters.
  • Assistance and representation of the company before public bodies, mediation bodies, and Social Courts and Tribunals.
  • Processing and monitoring of union election processes.
  • Preparation of reports, proposals, cost evaluation, and action plans for their implementation.
  • Preparation of various documents linked to labor relations, highlighting: disciplinary files (dismissal and sanction letters), drafting of contracts and clauses.
  • Preparation and negotiation of Equality Plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations in all centers.
  • Management and processing of immigration files.
  • Ensuring the best experience for the workforce, offering them professional, close, and personalized treatment.
  • Promoting an effective interdepartmental labor relationship and working effectively as part of a team to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and goals.
  • Collaborating with all areas of the People Department in the control of absenteeism, turnover, as well as other activity indicators.
