Nursing Assistant

1. Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Nursing Assistant Care or equivalent.

1. Valuable: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Assist and provide patient care, maintaining constant alertness to their condition in order to contribute to improving their health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient follow-up and treatment.

• Maintain a professional and appropriate relationship with patients and their families.
• Manage administrative procedures related to admissions, discharges, appointments, authorizations, and clinical documentation.
• Continuously observe the patient's condition, detecting any possible changes.
• Assist with patient care, reception, transportation, and mobilization following medical and nursing instructions.
• Properly provide and administer basic patient care.
• Perform technical tests and procedures: electrocardiograms, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, Holter placement and removal, and management of transesophageal probes (disinfection and placement).
• Handle, clean, check, and maintain medical equipment.
• Properly manage clinical documentation.
• Manage inventory, organize supplies, and allocate expenses accurately.
• Ensure an optimal care environment by providing indirect patient support.

1. Basic Life Support
2. Knowledge and compliance with protocols, regulations, and unit/service operations.
3. Specific nursing assistant care techniques in cardiology.
4. Assisting physicians in outpatient consultations.
5. Hand hygiene.
6. Administrative management of healthcare activities.
7. Sterilization and preservation of materials.
8. Management of clinical documentation.
