What will your mission be?
Under the supervision and guidance of the medical, nursing, and supervisory teams, you will be a key piece in guaranteeing the integral well-being of the users, providing personalized auxiliary care that maintains or improves their current quality of life.
Your main functions:
Your day-to-day will be full of meaning. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal care and well-being: Perform hygiene, grooming, dressing, and personal care for users, always ensuring their maximum privacy, intimacy, and dignity.
Mobilization and comfort: Perform postural changes correctly and as a team (between two assistants) following established protocols, as well as assisting with getting users up and into bed.
Feeding and hydration: Assist users with meals (including support for oral feeding, PEG tube, and NG tube under nursing authorization) and ensure their correct hydration.
Active accompaniment: Energize the daily life of users by assisting and accompanying them to dining rooms, lounges, the gym, group therapies, and rest areas.
Safe and pleasant environment: Maintain order and control of rooms, wardrobes, and users' belongings, as well as the organization of the relaxation lounges.
Coordination and recording: Read, sign, and communicate incidents during shift handovers, and complete the hygiene and grooming records daily and rigorously.
