The role

We are looking for a nurse with a profile in critical patient areas. Their duties would include;

What you'll do

Take responsibility for direct patient care, in accordance with the nursing care plan for the patients under their charge, ensuring their safety throughout the care process.
Making the appropriate notes in the patient's medical record.
Show perseverance and interest in the monitoring and control of the patient, informing them of how their care will proceed and on any other matter required, respecting the standards of excellent quality care.
Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and their families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment. Likewise, providing the information and education that appropriately responds to their needs.
Promote an effective interdepartmental working relationship and work effectively as a team member to facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and goals.
