• Development and coordination of corporate projects in the oncology area, oriented towards the implementation of more efficient processes in the group's hospitals, including:
  • Review and monitoring of care and prescription indicators.
  • Analysis and optimization of the consumption and cost of oncology drugs.
• Participation in the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate tools supporting medical prescription, contributing to improved safety and standardization of clinical practice.
• Maintenance and updating of the corporate drug catalog, as well as the development and review of standardized work procedures, especially in critical areas:
• • High-risk medication
  • LASA medications
  • Narcotics and other medications subject to special control
• Technical and documentary support functions in accreditation processes (Joint Commission), working closely with the Patient Safety and Quality departments.
• Active participation in clinical committees, pharmacotherapeutic committees, and multidisciplinary working groups at both hospital and corporate levels.
