At Quirónsalud, we are looking for a Specialist Pulmonologist to join the Pulmonology service at Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo.

We are looking for professionals who want to be part of an exciting project and actively contribute to the growth of the Pulmonology service.

Provide comprehensive and excellent care to patients with respiratory pathology, participating in the development of the clinical and technical activity of the Pulmonology Service, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical results and a differentiated care experience.

• Perform clinical activity in outpatient Pulmonology clinics, including initial visits, reviews, and patient follow-up.
• Carry out the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of acute and chronic respiratory pathologies.
• Attend to hospital activity and service on-call shifts, guaranteeing continuous and high-quality care.
• Participate in scheduled surgical and interventional activity as the lead surgeon or assistant, where appropriate.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests specific to the specialty, such as spirometry, respiratory function tests, bronchoscopies, thoracocentesis, and other pulmonology techniques.
• Assess and manage patients with respiratory failure, oxygen therapy, non-invasive mechanical ventilation, and other respiratory therapies.
• Participate in the comprehensive approach to patients with prevalent pathologies such as COPD, asthma, interstitial diseases, sleep apnea, respiratory infections, and pleural pathology.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the best patient care.
• Coordinate with other medical and surgical specialties for the assessment of complex cases.
• Guarantee compliance with the care, quality, and patient safety protocols established by the center.
