Assistant Store Manager

• Previous experience in management or team leadership (such as Shift Supervisor, section manager, or similar positions) in sectors such as supermarkets, mass distribution (retail), or catering.
• Profile with initiative, communication skills, capacity for impact and influence, and a dynamic attitude to undertake operational work in store.

• Knowledge of Basque or English will be valued (not exclusive).

As part of the store management team and reporting to the Manager, your main functions will be:

• Organization, supervision, and leadership of a multi-skilled team (approximately 6 people under your charge).
• Execution of daily operational tasks in store: truck unloading, restocking, customer service and checkout, bread baking.
• Ensuring the correct functioning of the section and compliance with the store's quality standards.
• People management and coordination of the work shift.
