About the role

We need to bring in a professional from the administrative area to provide ongoing support in personnel management and the recruitment area.

What you'll do

Management of Registrations, Terminations, and Modifications: Fluent use of the Sistema RED platform (Social Security).

Contracting: Processing, registration, and contract bonuses through Contrat@.

Payroll Management and Control: Pre-payroll (collecting variables, overtime, supplements) or direct preparation of payroll and final settlements.

Attendance and Absence Control: Management of medical leave (IT/AT via INSS / Mutua), maternity/paternity leave, vacations, and time control.

Use of Specific Software / ERP: Handling tools such as A3NOM, SAP HR, Cezanne, Meta4, Sage, or similar labor management programs.

Data processing in Pnet: Recording, registering, and updating in the computer system the information regarding registrations, terminations, and modifications provided by the company.

Administrative control of incidents: Recording and organizing vacation requests, absence justifications, and attendance records for validation by the HR manager.
