About the role

Are you passionate about operational transformation and process optimization? We are looking for someone to become the driving force behind our organizational evolution. In this role, you will be directly responsible for modeling new operational processes and perfecting current ones to maximize the company's overall efficiency, ensuring that business needs are optimally translated within our corporate technology tools.

What you'll do

Process Design and Modeling: Create, define, and implement efficient and scalable business processes, as well as redefine and optimize current operational flows.

Technology Alignment: Ensure that all processes make the most of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O standard functionalities, minimizing the need for custom developments.

Gap Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or duplications in business area processes (Finance, Operations, etc.) and propose optimization solutions.

Detailed Documentation: Prepare detailed process maps, flowcharts (BPMN), procedure manuals, and precise functional design documents (FDD) for the technical team.

Adoption and Change Management: Collaborate closely with functional leads and key users to ensure proper adoption and understanding of newly implemented processes. Validation and Quality Testing: Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that configured processes in the ERP faithfully reflect the established business design.

Liaison with IT and Vendors: Work together with IT teams and external support to guide the technical implementation of identified process improvements.

Requirements

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related fields focused on business management and organization.

BPM Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in business process management, analysis, and improvement.

ERP Experience: Solid experience participating in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation, migration, or operational evolution projects.

Functional Documentation: Demonstrable experience in preparing and finalizing functional requirements documents (FDD) and workflow modeling.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and modules (Finance, Supply Chain/Operations).

Languages: Advanced level of English, with the ability to work in multicultural environments or with international teams.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, a global business vision, and strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact with different stakeholders (business users, managers, and technology vendors).

Benefits and conditions
