Hotel waiter/waitress 4 and 5*

Receive and seat guests.

• Present the menu and explain the dishes, drinks, or daily suggestions.
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks following the hotel's standards.
• Prepare and set the tables before service (tablecloths, cutlery, glassware, and decoration).
• Clear the plates and clean the tables between services.
• Keep the dining room clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the rest of the dining room and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Previous experience: At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or waiter/waitress, preferably in hotels, similar-category restaurants, or banquet/event services.

Key competencies: Dynamic person, with a clear customer orientation, proactive, and with excellent teamwork skills.

Availability: Flexible schedule to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends) according to the hotel's needs.

Training (Valuable): Hospitality and catering training, tray handling.

Recibir y acomodar a los clientes.

• Presentar la carta y explicar los platos, bebidas o sugerencias del día
• Tomar las comandas y transmitirlas a cocina
• Servicio comidas y bebidas siguiendo los estándares del hotel
• Preparar y montar las mesas antes del servicio (mantelería, cubiertos, cristalería y decoración)
• Retirar los platos y limpiar las mesas entre servicios
• Mantener limpia y ordenada la sala
• Colaborar con el resto del equipo de sala y cocina para que el servicio sea ágil

Experiencia previa: Al menos 1 año de experiencia como ayudante de camarero/a o camarero/a, preferiblemente en hoteles, restaurantes de categoría similar o servicios de banquete/eventos.

Competencias clave: Persona dinámica, con clara orientación al cliente, proactiva y con excelente capacidad para el trabajo en equipo.

Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañanas, tardes, noches y/o fines de semana) según las necesidades del hotel.
