Chef for 4* and 5* Hotels

• Prepare and plate the hotel's gastronomic offer according to technical sheets and standards

- Control service times, ensuring smooth operation both in the menu and at events and banquets.

• - Maintain organization, supervision, and cleanliness of the assigned section.

- Good presentation and speed in service.

• - Strict compliance with APPCC/HACCP regulations.

- Ensure quality standards.

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in 4* and 5* hotels
• Availability to work shifts

- Knowledge of APPCC

- Food handling

A fixed-discontinuous contract is offered to work in shifts

Salary according to collective agreement.

• Elaborar y emplatar la oferta gastronómica del hotel según las fichas técnicas y estándares

• ¿Mantener la organización, supervisión y limpieza de la partida asignada.

-Buena presentación y rapidez en el servicio.

• ¿Cumplimiento riguroso de la normativa APPCC/HACCP.

-Garantizar estándares de calidad.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año trabajando en hoteles 4* y 5*
• Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos

-Conocimiento en APPCC

-Manipulación de alimentos

Se ofrece contrato fijo discontinuo para trabajar por turnos
