Requirements

What we're looking for

University Degree / Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Engineering (Industrial Organization).
Demonstrable previous experience of more than 5 years in cost accounting, internal auditing, or financial analysis in manufacturing environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, etc.).
Experience in the use of industrial ERPs (SAP, Sage, Navision, or similar).
Competencies and Soft Skills: Analytical profile for the interpretation of large volumes of data, a transversal vision of production processes, and an orientation towards continuous improvement.

Nice to have

Valuable knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the finance department and working in close collaboration with the production line, your main functions will be:

Cost control: Analyze actual production costs against standard costs.
Margin calculation: Measure and evaluate profitability by product, line, or business unit.
Inventory management: Supervise the valuation, control, and turnover of stocks and raw materials.
Reporting and KPIs: Prepare industrial dashboards and productive efficiency metrics for strategic decision-making.
Continuous improvement: Actively propose corrective measures in the face of possible budgetary deviations.
