About the role

Do you want to be part of a challenging information services team? A major multinational company based in Madrid is looking for Telephone Agents with native-level Dutch.

What you'll do

  • Update reference databases with new products and changes in the Dutch market to ensure data quality: classify products, standardize and group data following the company's business hierarchies and rules.
  • Identify necessary changes in the existing reference file.
  • Collaborate with local offices to determine when and how to correct inaccurate data, remove information, or add new entries to complete the reference files.
  • Identify and resolve routine incidents and exceptions.
  • Perform quality control of the managed data and apply the necessary corrections.
  • Keep the process and procedure documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • Experience as a telephone agent
  • Excel and Office Suite proficiency
  • Advanced/native level of Dutch
