About the role

What you'll do

Leading Build and Run: You will manage both the creation and the maintenance and stabilization of analytical products (data ingestion, cleaning, and visualization).

Agile Management: You will plan sprints, analyze estimates, and organize the team's task flow.

Team Coordination: You will lead a closed team of 6 technicians (3 Data Engineers and 3 Visualization Experts) in direct coordination with 4 Product Owners.

International Connection: Direct liaison with global teams in the Europe region to escalate blockers and validate authorized modules.

Requirements

Experience: 7 to 10 years as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in IT or Data cells.

Cloud & Data Ecosystem: Real experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Data Warehouse environments.

Tools: SQL knowledge and functional understanding of Power BI for delivery management (not front-end development).

Languages: Fluent and advanced English (mandatory) for negotiating and interacting with international teams.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset to add value from day one.
