Finance Director

• Academic training: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or similar. A Master's in Financial Management or an MBA will be highly valued.
• Previous experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial responsibility positions (CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Management Control Manager) in distribution, retail, consumer goods companies, or purchasing centers with significant turnover volumes.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in treasury management, balance sheet analysis, and high-level banking negotiation.
• Proven experience in managing commercial credit risk and large volumes of turnover/customers.
• Accustomed to working with integrated management ERPs and Business Intelligence tools.
• Competencies and skills: Strategic business vision, great analytical capacity, leadership and people management skills, assertive communication, and a high orientation to results.

We are selecting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Management Committee of a solid company in a full phase of consolidation and operational optimization.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to the General Management and will be part of the Management Committee. You will assume the planning, supervision, and execution of the group's financial strategy, leading a direct team. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Financial strategy and decision-making: Designing and executing the global financial strategy, optimizing the capital structure and investment policy, and providing financial criteria for business development.
• Treasury and financing: Actively managing treasury, cash flow forecasting, and the negotiation relationship with banks/credit entities to ensure liquidity and the best operating conditions.
• Customer credit risk management: Supervising the analysis and commercial risk policy associated with the network of affiliated stores, minimizing delinquency and ensuring efficient management of collections and commercial credit.
• Management control and Reporting: Preparing and monitoring the annual budget, analyzing deviations and business KPIs, and preparing financial statements for the Board of Directors and General Management.
• Supervision of accounting and taxation: Guaranteeing the accounting, tax, and legal compliance of the company in coordination with the Administration Manager.
• Leadership and team development: Organizing, guiding, and enhancing the capabilities of the financial and administrative department under your charge.
