We are seeking a Regulatory and Sustainability Operations Specialist to join the Regulatory Operations team. Your main mission will be to ensure strict regulatory compliance and traceability of company operations. You will play a key and dynamic role, interacting continuously with international counterparts and ensuring that sustainability standards (ISCC schemes and REACH regulations) are met to perfection.

What you'll do

  • Sustainability and Certifications (ISCC): Request, review, issue, and validate Sustainability Declarations/Proofs of Sustainability (PoS/DoS) with clients and counterparts.
  • Mass Balance Control: Export and cross-check operational data from sustainability tools, validate monthly balances, and manage any incidents.
  • Regulatory Compliance (REACH): Request and verify Safety Data Sheets (SDS), maintain substance records, and apply corrective actions (gap closures).
  • Data & ERP: Keep operational data up to date in the ERP (e.g., Allegro), manage databases in Excel, and record information in corporate tools.
  • Support and Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in applications, open IT tickets, prepare monthly activity reports, and actively participate in sustainability audits.
