Hostess / Restaurant Receptionist 4 & 5 Star Hotel

We are looking for a Hostess / Restaurant Receptionist for a prestigious 4-star hotel. If you have a way with people, speak languages, and are looking for a stable project in the premium hospitality sector, this position is for you!

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check and manage reservations
• Escort customers to their tables
• Coordinate table assignments with the head waiter and waitstaff
• Handle phone calls regarding reservations or inquiries
• See off customers and thank them for their visit

Previous experience: Minimum of 1 year in positions such as Hostess, Public Relations, or Restaurant Receptionist, preferably in 4/5-star hotels or upscale restaurants.

Languages: Proficiency in languages such as English will be valued

Key skills: Excellent communication skills, focus on excellence, empathy, organization, and the ability to manage customer flow under pressure.

Availability: Flexible schedule to work rotating and split shifts (lunch and dinner), including weekends and holidays.

Permanent discontinuous contract with a real opportunity to become a regular employee of our hotel and be scheduled for shifts every week.

Buscamos un/a Hostess / Recepcionista de Restaurante para un prestigioso hotel de 4 estrellas. Si tienes don de gentes, dominas los idiomas y buscas un proyecto estable en el sector premium de la hostelería, ¡esta posición es para ti!

• Dar la bienvenida a los clientes de forma amable y profesional
• Comprobar y gestionar las reservas
• Acompañar a los clientes hasta su mesa
• Coordinar la asignación de las mesas con el jefe de sala y los camareros
• Atender llamadas telefónicas relacionadas con reservas o consultas
• Despedir a los clientes y agradecer su visita

Experiencia previa: Mínimo de 1 año en puestos de Hostess, Relaciones Públicas o Recepción de Restaurante, preferiblemente en hoteles de 4/5 estrellas o restaurantes de alta gama.

Idiomas: Se valorará dominio de idiomas como inglés

Competencias clave: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a la excelencia, empatía, organización y capacidad para gestionar flujos de clientes bajo presión.

Imagen: Excelente presencia, elegancia y saber estar, acordes a los estándares de un hotel boutique de 4 estrellas.

Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos y partidos (comidas y cenas), incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.

Contrato laboral fijo-discontinuo con posibilidad real de convertirte en trabajadora habitual de nuestro hotel y fidelizarte para realizar turnos todas las semanas.

Salario competitivo según el convenio de hostelería de la Comunidad de Madrid.
