What you'll do

Perform the calculation and sizing of low-voltage, HVAC, domestic hot water (DHW), and fire protection systems.

Comprehensively manage and process the legalization activity of all installations across the company's different hotels.

Prepare and review the technical documentation required for submission to official bodies.

Coordinate actions and the flow of information with external engineering firms and Authorized Control Bodies (OCA).

Draft specialized technical documentation, as well as handle the preparation of drawings and the development of installation budgets.

Audit the technical project through value engineering and draft the corresponding technical reports.

Provide direct support to the Project Manager responsible for the works in:

| The review of general technical projects.

| Coordination with architects, engineering firms, and contractors.

| Basic supervision of the correct execution of installations on site.

Requirements

> Technical knowledge: Mastery of current regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE, RIPCI) and fluent use of technical software tools (such as AutoCAD, installation calculation programs, and budgeting software like Presto).

> Key competencies: Analytical capacity for technical auditing and value engineering, rigor in document management before official bodies, and excellent communication skills to coordinate external agents (engineering firms and OCAs).

> Team skills: Collaborative and proactive attitude, ideal for integrating into a dynamic team providing continuous technical support.
