IT Project Manager

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
• Real experience in the direct and close management of both systems/infrastructure projects and complex systems development.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) technologies.
• Cloud environments, integration architecture, cybersecurity, and ECM platforms.
• High capacity to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and complex actors.
• Proven capacity for the transfer of projects to operational services (post-production) and their continuous functional management.

• Highly Valued: Coming from the Systems or Infrastructure area and having evolved into management roles (Project Manager or Change Manager).

Project and Portfolio Management:

• Simultaneously lead multiple concurrent modernization, development, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Supervise planning, progress monitoring, risk management, dependencies, deliverables, and deployments in production environments.

Multidisciplinary and Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinator of cross-functional teams (Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Software Development, QA, and Business Areas).
• Manage technology vendors and integrators, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.

Governance and Change Management:

• Define and improve governance processes (access control, onboarding, technical validations, and service deployment).
• Functionally assume the continuity and operation of services following their release to production.

Executive Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver executive reports for IT Management and the CIO, detailing project status, risk analysis, priorities, and key decisions.
